Role Description
As the General Manager Sales at Elite Edge, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with the marketing team for lead generation. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing high-value deals with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
