Experience :15 - 20 years of experience.
Qualification : B.Tech
Preferred from construction Industry
Experience in a Mid size company of around 5 years is mandatory
Core Competencies :
- Oversee execution status of Highway, Railway & Water projects, identify delays and corrective actions.
- Planning & Scheduling Develop and track project schedules using tools like Primavera/MS Project.
- Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures vs. allocation, control overruns.
- Strong understanding of highway, railway, and water sector project lifecycles.
- Interface with NHAI, Railways, State Authorities, and Consultants for approvals and progress reviews.
- Identify risks in cost, time, and resources; propose mitigation strategies.
- Guide Project Managers, Planning Engineers, and site teams.
- Ability to review contractual terms, variations, claims and handle disputes.
Key Responisibilities:
- Review daily/weekly/monthly project status; track delays, critical path, and mitigation.
- Approve baseline schedules, review deviations, enforce corrective actions.
- Prepare budgets, review cost-to-completion, and prevent overruns.
- Monitor multiple projects across highways, railways, and water.
- Attend review meetings, ensure timely approvals, resolve site issues.
- Identify risks (technical, financial, legal), implement mitigation.
- Review variations, contractual claims, and support in arbitration/negotiation.
- Submit executive-level reports on time, budget, and risks to management.
- Guide PMs, Planning Engineers, and site teams for smooth execution.
