What is Prescrable
Prescrable is a doctor-friendly, clean digital-clinic setup—not a marketplace where you compete with other doctors or are given any rating. Patients pay you directly. Your profile/booking page is visible online and indexed on Google, and may be discovered over time. Appointment volume varies by specialty, location, and your own sharing.
Prescrable.com is onboarding General Practitioners who want to:
- Start their own practice with a teleconsultation component, or
- Add teleconsultation and structured follow-ups to an existing OPD or job.
You will consult remotely from your phone or laptop using Prescrable, running it like your own online clinic.
This may not suit you
- If you’re looking for marketplace providing supply of fixed patient volume. Prescrable gives you the infrastructure to consult online and build a sustainable practice without depending on a commission-charging platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide video/audio teleconsultations to patients via the Prescrable platform.
- Set and manage your own consulting hours and appointment slots.
- Review patient information before the consultation.
- Document the encounter and issue a digital prescription after each consult.
- Use the platform to manage follow-up consultations in an organised way.
- Adhere to applicable medical council and telemedicine guidelines.
Engagement & compensation
- You work as an independent consulting doctor using Prescrable.
- You choose your consultation fee and your available slots.
- Patients pay your fee directly to you before the consultation through the platform.
- Each completed teleconsultation is treated as a consultation in your own clinic, with Prescrable as the digital infrastructure.
Who this is for
- MBBS / MD in General Medicine.
- Active and valid medical registration, legally permitted to practice in India.
- New doctors starting practice, or doctors with an existing OPD/job who want to add a teleconsultation component.
- Comfortable with teleconsultation, digital documentation and basic online tools.
