General Physcian -MBBS

Redcliffe Labs is seeking a General Physician (MBBS) to provide expert medical consultations over calls at Gurgaon locations. The role requires delivering high-quality healthcare advice, diagnosing patients remotely, and recommending appropriate treatments or further tests, The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct teleconsultations with patients and provide accurate medical advice.

Diagnose health conditions based on patient symptoms and medical history.

Recommend appropriate treatments, medications, or lab tests as required.

Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans.

Ensure ethical and patient-centric medical consultations.

Offer the best possible medical solutions and guidance for patient concerns.

Analyze diagnostic reports and identify potential lead generation opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).

Valid medical license to practice in India.

Prior experience in telemedicine or general practice is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical conce pts clearly.

Strong problem-solving abilities and patient-centric approach.

Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and medical record systems is a plus.
