GM – Product & Growth Marketing

Role Overview
We are looking for a GM - Product & Growth Marketing to own the go-to-market engine for Meritto's products and solutions across India and international markets.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, AI, and Marketing. The mandate is to ensure our products are clearly positioned, differentiated in the market, effectively launched, discoverable across digital channels, and equipped with the right content, narratives, and assets to drive adoption and growth.
The role will own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, launches, website experience, content strategy, social media, creative operations, and organic growth across SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
Own the positioning, messaging, value proposition, and narrative for Meritto, Mio AI, Collexo, Pixi, and future product lines. Ensure every product is clearly differentiated, easy to understand, and aligned to customer problems, market opportunities, and business objectives.
2. Go-To-Market & Product Launches
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of new product launches, feature releases, market expansions, and category creation initiatives. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive successful adoption and market penetration.
3. Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence
Build and continuously strengthen the sales enablement ecosystem through pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, objection handling frameworks, demos, customer proof points, and market insights. Establish a strong competitive intelligence function that helps Meritto win in the market.
4. Content, Social & Creative Engine
Own the strategy and execution of product-led content, social media, creative assets, campaigns, videos, and thought leadership initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and product adoption.
5. Website, SEO, GEO & AEO
Own Meritto's digital presence across websites, landing pages, product journeys, and organic discovery channels. Drive growth through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search visibility, content architecture, and conversion optimization initiatives.
6. AI-Led Growth & Marketing Innovation
Leverage AI to improve content creation, campaign execution, market intelligence, personalization, experimentation, and productivity. Continuously explore new growth opportunities across AI-native marketing channels and emerging discovery platforms.
