- Responsible for the construction of a Greenfield Alloy Steel Plant with an annual capacity of 1 MTPA.
- Executed the full project cycle: Execution, Control, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning.
- Oversaw key installations including Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace, Continuous Casting Machine, and Submerged Arc Furnace.
- Managed operations and maintenance of the plant post-commissioning.
- In-depth knowledge of tools and techniques for operational and maintenance management systems aimed at optimizing overall equipment effectiveness and profitability.
- Led execution of a 1 million metric tonnes Greenfield SMS project with EAF, LF, CCM (6S-Billet Caster).

- Led the erection and commissioning of Thin Slab Caster equipment (CSM).
- Commissioned radiography equipment for coil quality delivery.
- Oversaw ROT, laminar cooling systems, side guide systems, down coiler, and coil conveyor systems.
- Managed BUR & WR Choke Changer with hydraulic power pack and piping, BUR & WR choke tilter, roll grinder, ventilation & HVAC systems, and cellar equipment and tanks.
- Supervised power packs, hydraulic piping, and roll cooling systems.
