Vadpadraka Hotel & Resort is an independent, owner-driven hospitality property comprising 26 well-appointed rooms, an in-house restaurant, swimming pool, and multiple event venues, including indoor banquet spaces and a large-format open lawn (approx. 70,000 sq. ft.). The property is a preferred destination for weddings, social functions, and corporate events.

Role Overview

The General Manager will have end-to-end ownership of hotel operations, revenue performance, guest experience, and team leadership across rooms, banquets, lawns, and F&B. This is a hands-on role in an event-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Banquets, Lawns, Engineering, and Security

Own P&L, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability

Lead execution of weddings and large-scale events across indoor and outdoor venues

Optimize OTA mix, pricing strategy, and direct bookings

Lead HODs, staff performance, training, and service standards

Handle guest escalations, reputation management, and statutory compliance

Candidate Profile

Prior GM / Unit Head / Operations Head role

Strong exposure to rooms + banquets + lawn-based events

Proven P&L and people management skills

Comfortable working in an owner-driven setup

Working Style

Hands-on, accountable, and flexible for weekends, late nights, and event days.
