This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The General Manager will also lead the team, drive business growth, coordinate with the supply chain, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

• Experience in strategic planning and business development
• Proficiency in operational efficiency, budget management, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with supply chain and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
