Role SummaryWe are looking for a highly proficient, detail-oriented, and creative professional with strong English communication skills and computer proficiency to manage client coordination, documentation, drafting, filing processes, editing, publishing operations, and marketing activities. The candidate will handle projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Patent Division Responsibilities- Draft patent documents (Design & Utility patents)
- Prepare technical documentation and descriptions
- Conduct preliminary document verification
- Coordinate patent filing procedures
- Book filing appointments and manage deadlines
- Maintain patent records and tracking systems
- Communicate with clients regarding updates and clarifications
- Assist in responding to queries and objections (if required)
- Handle confidential technical information professionally
2. Book Publishing Division Responsibilities- Draft and edit manuscripts
- Proofread and improve language quality
- Format books according to publishing standards
- Coordinate cover design and layout process
- Apply and process ISBN registration
- Prepare final publishing files
- Coordinate printing or digital publishing process
- Manage book listings and publication documentation
- Support marketing and promotional activities
3. Journal & Research Paper Support- Assist in drafting and editing research papers
- Format manuscripts according to journal guidelines
- Coordinate submission process
- Track submission status
- Communicate with authors regarding revisions
4. Client Management Responsibilities- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and meetings
- Manage order tracking and documentation
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Provide regular updates to management
Required Skills- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Docs, Email handling, PDF tools)

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in English / Engineering / Law / Management / Computer Science or related field
