Role Description

The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role requires managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing staff schedules, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, handling customer feedback, and upholding high standards of quality and hygiene. The General Manager will work closely with the team to foster a positive work environment and continuously improve guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a similar role
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance practices
• Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and financial planning
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest feedback effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in multi-cuisine restaurants or food and beverage outlets is an advantage
