Role Description

Only local (coimbatore )candidate who is fluent in tamil and english is preferred.This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at The Park Elanza Hotels located in Coimbatore. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments work in harmony to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring brand standards, overseeing budgets, and driving revenue growth. The General Manager will work closely with departmental heads to innovate, maintain quality standards, and achieve business goals.

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and guest relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in financial planning, budget management, and revenue optimization

• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards
• Experience with property management systems and hotel operations software
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications in hospitality management would be an added advantage
