Job Title: General Manager, New Delhi - 4 Star Business Hotel (80 Keys)

Job Summary:
The General Manager will lead all aspects of Hotel Operations, ensuring exceptional Guest Experiences, and driving profitability for a 4-star Business Hotel with 80 keys located in New Delhi.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Rooms Division Manager/Operations Manager/ Hotel Manager from a reputed brand who is looking to take on an independent Profit Centre Head role.
Reports to MD.
Salary Band: 20-25LPA
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, ensuring the achievement of financial goals, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability of the hotel.
- Oversee all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained throughout the hotel, with a focus on personalized experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for guests and employees.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance, financials, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- An experienced and highly motivated Rooms background Hospitality Professional
- IHM Graduate with minimum 15 years experience and at least 3-4 years as a Rooms Division Manager/Operations Manager/ Hotel Manager in a reputed brand, preferably in a business hotel setting.
- Proven track record of successfully assisting the leadership in managing hotel operations, driving revenue, and achieving profitability targets.
- Flair for enhancing Sales thru personal efforts and building strong relationships with Corporates.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional guest service orientation and commitment to delivering a superior guest experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
