This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage and guide teams, monitor sales performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing operational strategies, optimizing processes, fostering partnerships, analyzing market trends, and driving profitability while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and quality control
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market data and trends
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in business software tools and reporting systems
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
