Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Alappuzha for a General Manager - Service. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing the service team, implementing effective service strategies, monitoring key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Additionally, the role involves driving continuous improvement in service quality and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service operations, team leadership, and customer relationship management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring to develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant field is advantageous
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and knowledge of Mahindra & Mahindra vehicles is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a dynamic team
