Key Deliverables:

• Operationalise dry fleet growth strategy and monitor India-level performance
• Lead audit implementation, safety compliance, and process standardisation
• Manage day-to-day operations of Bulk/Container fleet ensuring KPI adherence
• Implement crew training, policy improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Align with Director/COO on strategic and operational targets
• Ensure crew safety, vessel reliability, and regulatory compliance
• Guide group managers, resolve onboard incidents, and ensure crisis support
• Lead performance management, mentoring, and team development plans
