Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Senior Vice President based in Bengaluru, India. The role involves strategic planning, overseeing operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services. The General Manager Senior Vice President will be responsible for managing key client relationships, streamlining processes for optimal efficiency, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and business development within the security services or similar industry
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address complex operational challenges
- Proficiency in using business tools, software, and systems relevant to the role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the security services industry is highly desirable
