Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Pan India.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Design and execute strategic initiatives for primary and secondary sales growth.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team of over 200 professionals.
- Drive continuous learning and development within the team through training and mentorship.
- Ensure alignment of team goals with organizational objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Implement loyalty programs to enhance distributor and retailer engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Operational & Distribution Excellence:
- Oversee sales operations and optimize sales processes, including manpower and supply chain functions.
- Transform distribution channel models to improve efficiency and market coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain.
Technology & Analytics:
- Integrate technology solutions such as Sales Konnect Automation (SFA) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Utilize CRM software and analytics tools to enhance decision-making and business insights.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
