We are a fast-growing automobile parts sales company specializing in used engines and transmissions for the US market. Our team currently generates over $250,000 in monthly gross sales, and we are looking for a strong sales leader who can scale the team, improve conversions, and drive higher revenue growth.
Role Overview
The General Manager Sales Operations will lead our US B2C sales team of 35+ representatives, manage daily sales operations, improve closing ratios, and ensure aggressive monthly revenue targets are achieved. This role requires a strong leader with international sales experience, call center team management skills, and a proven record of driving high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and scale a 35+ member US sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates for automobile parts sales (engines & transmissions).
- Monitor daily KPIs, sales targets, call quality, and closing performance.
- Develop sales strategies, scripts, and objection handling techniques to increase deal closures.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to maximize performance.
- Handle high-value customer negotiations and escalations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Analyze sales data, call reports, and CRM performance to optimize the sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and reputation in the US market.
Candidate Requirements
- 48+ years of experience in international sales or BPO sales management.
- Proven experience managing large teams (3050 agents).
- Strong background in B2C sales processes (US market preferred).
- Experience in high-ticket phone sales or call center environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to drive aggressive sales targets and scale operations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in automobile parts / auto industry sales.
- Experience working with US customers and night shift processes.
- Experience managing $200K+ monthly sales teams.
