We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented General Manager Sales with 15+ years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Vizag real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in selling across multiple residential segments including plots, flats, and villas.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, manage teams, and actively contribute to marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Drive sales across multiple product segments plots, apartments, and villas
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Vizag real estate market
Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure high productivity
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
Market Expertise
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Vizag real estate micro-markets
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments
- Provide insights on pricing, positioning, and product demand
Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns
- Contribute to branding, lead generation, and promotional strategies
- Ensure effective utilization of digital and offline marketing channels
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and brokers
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Handle high-value negotiations and closures
Channel & Partner Development
- Develop and manage channel partner networks
- Drive sales through brokers and third-party agencies
- Strengthen partnerships to increase market reach
Reporting & MIS
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience:Minimum 15+ years in real estate sales
- Strong exposure to Vizag real estate market (mandatory)
- Proven track record in selling plots, apartments, and villas
- Experience in handling and scaling sales teams
- Strong understanding of marketing-driven sales strategies
