Job Description

Role Overview:

The General Manager – Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the overall sales strategy of the organization. This role involves managing sales teams, developing business plans, and ensuring achievement of sales targets across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth across retail, distribution, institutional, and online channels
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand geographic reach
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure timely achievement
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and product positioning
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Ensure efficient pricing, negotiation, and contract management
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
