Job Description

We're Hiring – General Manager, Revenue Management

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12–18 years (with proven leadership in Revenue Management)

Reports to: Vice President – Sales, Revenue Management & Distribution

Role Purpose The General Manager – Revenue Management will lead the Revenue Management function for Mahindra Holidays Non-Member business, with full accountability for total revenues, pricing strategy, yield optimisation, and performance delivery across the organisation. The role will drive results through dynamic pricing models, advanced revenue systems, strong analytics, and a high-performing team, working closely with resorts, distribution teams, and external channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end non-member revenue performance across all resorts.
  • Lead pricing, yield, inventory, and revenue decisions.
  • Design and institutionalise dynamic pricing frameworks across segments (FIT, Groups, MICE, Weddings, Long Stay, emerging segments).
  • Deploy and mature RMS, PMS, CRS, pricing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, demand sensing, and structured revenue reviews.
  • Collaborate with resort leadership, distribution teams, and external partners to optimise channel mix and ensure rate parity.
  • Build and scale a high-performing Revenue Management organisation with strong analytical and entrepreneurial culture.
