Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient processes. Responsibilities include strategic planning, implementing organizational goals, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves managing resources, budgets, and timelines while fostering a productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, team management, and business administration
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Electrical Panels manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing sector
