Job Description
Location: Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi NCR
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Reporting To: Managing Director / Senior Management
Experience: 10+ Years
Role PurposeThe General Manager – Projects will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring and timely completion of Sikka Group's residential, commercial and group housing projects. The role will ensure that all projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards and statutory requirements, while maintaining strong coordination between design, construction, procurement, consultants and contractors.
