Job Title: Senior PMO Executive – Outstation Projects (NCR / Gurugram / Ahmedabad)
Location: Bangalore (Head Office)
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to NCR, Gurugram, Ahmedabad
Role Purpose
Drive execution excellence across outstation projects by establishing strong PMO governance, accelerating delivery timelines, and institutionalizing best-in-class project management practices. Act as the central bridge between Head Office and site teams to ensure predictability, speed, and quality in project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Governance & Execution Control
- Establish and enforce PMO frameworks, reporting cadence, and governance protocols across all outstation projects
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical paths to ensure adherence to committed timelines
- Drive early identification of risks, bottlenecks, and delays with structured mitigation plans
2. Delivery Acceleration
- Work closely with site teams to unlock execution bottlenecks (design, procurement, approvals, contractor performance)
- Implement fast-track strategies to improve project velocity and reduce cycle times
- Ensure alignment between HO strategy and on-ground execution realities
3. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of coordination between Bangalore HO and project locations
- Interface with internal stakeholders (Design, Procurement, Contracts, Finance) and external partners (contractors, consultants)
- Provide crisp, data-driven updates to leadership on project health
4. Standardization & Best Practices
- Institutionalize standard project management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Drive adoption of industry best practices in planning, monitoring, and control
- Build a culture of accountability, data integrity, and execution discipline
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop and maintain real-time MIS dashboards for project tracking
- Conduct periodic project reviews, highlighting deviations and corrective actions
- Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, cost variance, productivity, and quality metrics
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 15–20 years of experience in Project Management / PMO within Real Estate / Construction
- Construction/Project Management degree/MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of handling multi-location or geographically dispersed projects
- Strong exposure to projects in North India (NCR / Gurugram / Ahmedabad region preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project)
- Deep understanding of construction lifecycle, dependencies, and execution challenges
- High analytical rigor with structured problem-solving approach
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Language & Mobility
- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) for effective on-ground coordination
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project locations
- Must be comfortable operating from Bangalore Head Office
