Key Responsibilities / KRAs - General Manager - Plastics
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the plastics vertical across India.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, applications, and products for expansion.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales and technical teams.
- Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
3. Customer & Market Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, processors, and distributors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and value-added solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, finance, and technical support teams.
- Align business objectives with organizational goals and operational plans.
5. Travel & Field Engagement
- Pan-India travel to meet customers, manage teams, and explore business opportunities.
Products: ABS, PC-ABS, POM, Polyamides (Nylons 6 & 66), PPS, PMMA, SAN, PBT, Raw Materials for Plastics Master batch & Compound manufacturing.
