Key Responsibilities

Mechanical / Maintenance / Project Management

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute capital expenditure proposals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage project lifecycle from planning to start-up.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and customers for problem resolution and service coordination.
• Plan schedules, budgets, and monitor progress to meet timelines and cost targets.
• Oversee human resource management, team building, and performance motivation.
• Review machine/fabrication drawings, Bill of Material, and 3D modeling using CAD/ANSYS.
• Material planning, procurement, and monitoring fabrication/installation schedules.
• Use SAP/MS Project for project tracking, ERP documentation, and inventory control.

Electrical / E&I Management

• Supervise erection, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Implement electrical schemes, drawings, cable schedules, and terminations.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy conservation.
• Handle spares planning, ISO documentation, quality initiatives, and safety audits.

Production / Process Management

• Oversee raw mill, coal mill, kiln, and crusher operations with focus on power consumption and efficiency.
• Conduct stoppage analysis, false air detection, and mill optimization.
• Lead energy management initiatives and cost-saving trials (admixture, grinding aids, separator efficiency).
• Supervise shutdowns, confined space activities, and process trials for operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IMS standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor key performance indicators, production targets, process parameters, and equipment efficiency.

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams across maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, and production departments.
• Conduct daily operations meetings, performance analysis, and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.

Technical & Analytical Expertise

• Proficient in GD&T, engineering symbols, 3D modeling, CAD, ANSYS, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of IS/DIN standards and ERP/SAP systems.
• Expertise in project estimation, planning, execution, and cost-benefit analysis.
