Key Responsibilities1. Manage All Non-Revenue TeamsOversee and coordinate the functioning of:
- HR
- Logistics
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Purchase
- Administration
Ensure each department operates efficiently, follows SOPs, and delivers timely outputs.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with all department heads and team leads to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Act as the central point of coordination for inter-department dependencies, communication, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate smooth workflows and handle escalations across HR, QA, Logistics, Purchase, and Admin.
3. Team Building & Expansion- Plan, build, and scale teams across departments in response to business growth and workload.
- Oversee recruitment needs in collaboration with HR.
- Design onboarding structures and ensure new hires are trained on departmental SOPs and organizational culture.
4. Performance Management- Monitor individual and team performance through structured KPIs and weekly reviews.
- Ensure managers and team leads regularly provide feedback and performance insights for their teams.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent documentation of monthly performance records.
5. Process & SOP Management- Strengthen and enforce operational SOPs across all departments.
- Improve workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain consistency in execution.
- Ensure all departments follow standard operating guidelines, reporting norms, and compliance requirements.
