Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Projects and Operations, located in Udaipur. The individual will oversee project management, coordinate expediting processes, manage inspections, and oversee logistics management. The role includes planning, organizing, and monitoring operational projects to ensure timely and efficient completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively
- Experience as an Expeditor and knowledge in Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of project requirements
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality-checking processes to maintain high standards
- Skills in Logistics Management, ensuring efficient movement and coordination of materials and resources
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
