Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Operations at Kamal Laxmi Entertainments-Colors Cinemas, located in Raipur. The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Core responsibilities include coordinating operations, supervising staff, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and addressing customer feedback to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in General Management and Operations Management
- Experience in Customer Service and managing customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Team Management, including leadership and people management abilities
- Solid knowledge of Budgeting and financial management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize operational processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
