Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of General Manager of Business Development. The General Manager will lead efforts to establish and nurture partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, negotiate contracts, and expand patient support programs (PSPs). Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, strategizing growth initiatives, market research, and aligning organizational goals with market needs. The role will also involve overseeing timelines, budgets, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams, as well as maintaining a strong network within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Strategy: Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities, creating strategic plans, and executing business development activities.
  • Pharma and Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian healthcare system, regulatory environment, and pharmaceutical partnerships.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to guide teams effectively.
  • Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Expertise in data collection and analysis for decision-making and program improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Prior experience in patient support programs or pharmaceutical partnerships is a strong advantage.
