Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented General Manager Sales with 15+ years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Vizag real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in selling across multiple residential segments including plots, flats, and villas.

The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, manage teams, and actively contribute to marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive sales across multiple product segments plots, apartments, and villas
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Vizag real estate market

Team Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure high productivity
  • Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews

Market Expertise

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Vizag real estate micro-markets
  • Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments
  • Provide insights on pricing, positioning, and product demand

Marketing Alignment

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns
  • Contribute to branding, lead generation, and promotional strategies
  • Ensure effective utilization of digital and offline marketing channels

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and brokers
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Handle high-value negotiations and closures

Channel & Partner Development

  • Develop and manage channel partner networks
  • Drive sales through brokers and third-party agencies
  • Strengthen partnerships to increase market reach

Reporting & MIS

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility

Key Requirements

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience:Minimum 15+ years in real estate sales
  • Strong exposure to Vizag real estate market (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in selling plots, apartments, and villas
  • Experience in handling and scaling sales teams
  • Strong understanding of marketing-driven sales strategies
