Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall strategic planning and execution of thermal projects in alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and innovations to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration preferred.
