Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Marketing, located in Vadodara. The General Manager Marketing will be responsible for leading market planning and research initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies, and overseeing marketing management processes. The role also includes driving sales strategies, managing teams, and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Strong expertise in Marketing Management with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management to lead and inspire cross-functional teams effectively
- Experience in Sales and business development, including achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making to support marketing and business strategies
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Experience in the safety, fire, or emergency response industry is a plus
