FMCG client of Maier + Vidorno (M+V) is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager available to join immediately to lead and scale their India operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the sales organization to ensure achievement of business goals, sales targets, and company policies.
- Establish sales strategies, sales territories, targets, incentives, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets.
- Lead and manage the sales organization, ensuring high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
- Drive market expansion, distribution growth, and channel effectiveness across all FMCG segments.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with significant leadership exposure.
- Proven experience in managing large sales teams and multi-channel FMCG sales operations.
