What we are looking for in the role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives for LAP products
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance, motivate them to achieve targets, and provide guidance and support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders to promote the company's products and services
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, credit, and operations, to streamline processes, resolve customer issues, and enhance overall customer experience
  • Updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions related to LAP products to provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Drive compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on LAP products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of LAP products, including market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
