Responsibilities will include
Managing and overseeing our partnerships with NBFC/Wealth-tech partners, driving strategic business objectives for the Investments platform, and supporting operational excellence.
1. Functional Expertise
- Drive the post-launch growth of financial services product including but not limited to leading initiatives for Growth/ Performance Marketing, co-creating product journeys contextual to target audience demands.
- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate the investments business.
- Own regulatory understanding to grow within & despite regulatory challenges (prior experience navigating this experience is a plus)
- Leverage existing relationship/ build relationships with manufacturers and vendors/ TSPs and manage partnerships with, ensuring smooth operations and integration cost/ revenue optimisations
- Lead data-driven decision-making by analysing business health and collaborating with data science teams.
- Ensure optimization & enhancements on the business KPIs by working closely with product and tech teams.
- Ability to understand and improve upon KPIs, as well as present the outlook to executive leadership
2.Problem Solving
- Collaborate with partners & internal stakeholders to develop processes, troubleshoot issues, and manage reconciliation processes.
- Develop strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing business pain points.
- Oversee customer and regulatory escalations, collaborating closely with support teams to ensure timely resolution within the specified TATs.
- Tackle challenges related to business growth and scalability through data insights and innovative ideas.
3. Interaction
- External- regulatory interfaces, FS providers (AMCs, Insurers, distributors etc), Fintech industry connects, channel partners etc
- Internal collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, tech, growth, marketing, customer experience, risk/ compliance, Legal teams, to drive business initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Capability to present to executive leadership and drive ownership of your vertical.
- Lead cross-team efforts to execute campaigns and achieve business goals.
To succeed in the role
Qualifications
- Graduation / PG
- 6+ years in D2C Fintech (preferred background- high scale discount brokerage or mutual fund platforms) or Consumer Tech companies (having experience of high scale operations)
Skills, experiences & behaviors
- Business planning & strategy building
- Plan & drive growth initiatives (understanding P&L, impact analysis)
- Prior experience in onboarding & managing partnerships/alliances
- Ability to analyze & comprehend data to derive meaningful outcomes (SQL would be a plus)
