About The Role

We are looking for a General Manager Integrated Business to lead 360 brand solutions across ATL, BTL, and Digital. This role will focus on developing integrated communication strategies, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and strengthening client relationships to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop holistic brand strategies that combine ATL, BTL, and Digital channels.

Oversee planning and execution of integrated campaigns to deliver seamless brand experiences.

Collaborate with creative, media, and activation teams to ensure alignment of messaging.

  • Client Partnership & Business Growth

Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, driving trust and long-term partnerships.

Proactively identify opportunities for brand growth and strategic initiatives.

Lead new business pitches, RFPs, and help expand agency's integrated offering.

  • Leadership & Operations

Lead and mentor account management teams to deliver best-in-class client servicing.

Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Monitor performance metrics and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of ATL (TV, Print, Radio), BTL (Events, Activations), and Digital channels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record in handling big-budget, multi-channel campaigns.

Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.

Leadership skills to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

1012 years of experience managing integrated campaigns in advertising or brand management.

Experience in handling large accounts and delivering end-to-end solutions is a must.
