Job Description

  • Lead the full spectrum of HR, combining strategic planning with operational execution
  • Oversee workforce planning, organisational design, and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Drive capability development, performance management, learning programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage compensation, rewards, and ensure HR policies and processes are compliant with local laws and industry standards
  • Lead HR operations, data reporting, administrative coordination, and facilities/employee service management
  • Partner with leadership on succession planning, culture building, change management, and communication strategies
  • Champion continuous improvement, oversee HR projects, mentor HR team members, and ensure high-quality, business-aligned HR support

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager HR should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • 12-18 years of HR experience, including senior leadership exposure
  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is advantageous
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to lead teams and partner with senior leadership in a dynamic environment
