Job Description

Lead the full spectrum of HR, combining strategic planning with operational execution
Oversee workforce planning, organisational design, and talent acquisition initiatives
Drive capability development, performance management, learning programs, and employee engagement initiatives
Manage compensation, rewards, and ensure HR policies and processes are compliant with local laws and industry standards
Lead HR operations, data reporting, administrative coordination, and facilities/employee service management
Partner with leadership on succession planning, culture building, change management, and communication strategies
Champion continuous improvement, oversee HR projects, mentor HR team members, and ensure high-quality, business-aligned HR support

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager HR should have:

Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
12-18 years of HR experience, including senior leadership exposure
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is advantageous
Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
Proven ability to lead teams and partner with senior leadership in a dynamic environment
