Job Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership to the recruitment function of FYLS Founding Years Learning Solutions (KLAY). The incumbent is responsible for setting the vision, implementing recruitment strategies, policies, and programs, and ensuring alignment with enterprise growth and business plans. This role involves strategizing, planning, and guiding execution across all recruitment initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet current and future business needs.
  • Lead manpower planning, including recruiter headcount and sourcing channel optimization.

Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, selection, onboarding, and new hire experience.
  • Oversee recruitment systems, candidate and employee data management, records, and compliance reporting.
  • Standardize recruitment workflows, ensure process adherence, and maintain high service standards.

Team Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead, mentor, and train the recruitment team for efficiency, capability building, and high performance.
  • Act as the HR-Recruitment expert and provide guidance to line management on recruitment policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external vendors.

Policy & Program Development

  • Identify gaps and introduce innovative recruitment programs, policies, and practices.
  • Participate in enterprise-level HR projects, including mergers & acquisitions, policy creation, and large-scale HR initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of recruitment strategy with overall HR and business objectives.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Generate management reports, metrics, and dashboards to track recruitment performance and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full-time MSW / MBA in HR (mandatory)
  • 1520 years of total HR experience, with at least 3+ years in retail, logistics, healthcare, or education preferred
  • Proven experience in medium to large organizations, managing dispersed workforce and complex HR-Recruitment functions
  • Strong expertise in manpower planning, selection processes, HR systems, recruitment operations, and team management
