This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Anand, Gujarat. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of business operations, including production management, team leadership, quality control, and strategic planning. They will monitor daily activities, develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency. The General Manager will also collaborate with various departments to optimize performance, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to the company's long-term vision and success.

• Operational Expertise: Proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and project management.
• Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial planning.
