Build and lead PULS India's manufacturing and operations business from the ground up — ideal for senior operations leaders who want full P&L ownership, greenfield setup responsibility, and direct influence on a global expansion strategy.

PULS Group is expanding its India operations through a phased growth plan beginning with a warehouse setup in Chennai followed by a manufacturing facility in Hosur. We are seeking a senior business leader to establish, scale, and lead our India operations while working closely with global leadership teams.

PULS is a global leader in industrial power supplies and industrial electronics, serving customers across automation, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial technology sectors worldwide. What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, setup, and execution of PULS India's warehouse operations and future manufacturing facility.
• Drive site selection, facility planning, construction coordination, equipment procurement, and operational readiness.
• Build scalable manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics, finance, HR, and operational functions.
• Define and execute India's short-term and long-term business strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Own complete P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing leadership teams across multiple business functions.
• Establish operational excellence frameworks, quality systems, safety practices, governance structures, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters, global operations, sales, and leadership teams.
• Build strong relationships with government authorities, customers, suppliers, industry associations, and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety requirements, legal standards, and company policies.
• Drive organizational growth, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Act as the senior-most representative and leader for PULS India operations.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of leadership experience across manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, or related sectors.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Country Manager, General Manager, Operations Director, Plant Head, Business Unit Head, Manufacturing Director, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading greenfield manufacturing projects, factory setups, warehouse operations, or large-scale operational expansions.
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing, production operations, quality systems, engineering, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated success managing full P&L ownership, operational budgets, strategic execution, and business growth initiatives.
• Experience leading organizations with 100+ employees and developing leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across multicultural and international business environments.
• Excellent strategic planning, change management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Operations, Management, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience working with multinational organizations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to German manufacturing organizations and PCBA operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills; Tamil language capability is a plus.
