Assistant General Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead plant accounting operations, financial reporting, commercial functions with SAP-driven accounting processes for the Bhiwadi manufacturing unit in Alwar district of Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant accounting, including monthly closing, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate preparation and finalization of balance sheet, including provisions, accruals, inventory valuation, and fixed assets accounting.
• Drive cost control measures and financial discipline across plant operations.
• Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

SAP Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-based financial operations including FI/CO modules, material accounting, GR/IR reconciliation, inventory control, and automated reporting systems.
• Ensure data integrity and process compliance within SAP environment.

Experience Required

10–15 years of experience in plant accounting, finance, and manufacturing industry exposure with strong SAP expertise.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in balance sheet finalization, plant finance, cost accounting, SAP (FI/CO), budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Leadership ability to manage finance teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Location

Bhiwadi Plant (Rajasthan), requiring full-time on-site leadership and coordination with production and corporate finance teams.
