Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced General Manager Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for a reputed organization in Delhi. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1520 years of experience, including a strong background in the hospitality and/or aviation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Develop financial strategies that align with business goals
- Drive cost optimization, cash flow management, and profitability improvements
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and business insights
- Manage internal controls, audits, and financial risk management
- Work closely with top management to influence key business decisions
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and legal advisors
- Lead and mentor the finance team for high performance
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1520 years of post-qualification experience
- Background in hospitality and/or aviation sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting and taxation standards
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking abilities
- High proficiency in financial modeling, MIS, and ERP systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
