General Manager - Finance Transformation (Aviation)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Position Title : General Manager Finance Transformation

The Finance Transformation team will be responsible for leading and managing the transformation of the finance function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact. This role involves overseeing the implementation of new financial systems, processes, and strategies to support the organizations goals.

Key responsibilities

Develop Transformation Vision:

Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with the organizations objectives.

Project Management: Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of new systems and processes.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, including automation and digitalization initiatives.

Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the finance function.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including

Finance leadership, to align transformation initiatives with business needs.

Desired Qualification/certifications:

• CA (First Attempt) / MBA from Tier 1 institute
• Professional certification such as PMP, six-sigma desirable

. Preferred relevant work experience : 10-12 years

Skills and knowledge:

• Extensive experience in finance transformation, project management, and change management. Proven track record of leading successful finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
