This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Finance, based in New Delhi. The General Manager Finance will oversee the financial operations and strategy of the organization, including preparing financial statements, implementing internal controls, and conducting financial analysis. Responsibilities also include overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, budgeting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
• Expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting
• Knowledge of internal controls and their implementation to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate on strategic planning
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are a plus
