Looking for General Manager - Finance, Accounts with banking experience for leading Roadways and Irrigation projects Company in Banjarahills, Hyderabad. Expertise in arbitration and banking process ad implementation. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the preparation of financial statements and reports. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, implementing process improvements and financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Should have good experience in RA Bills, Sub-Contractors, Joint Ventures and projects accounting
- Enhance enhancement of loans, OD's and Credit Limits/CC Limits
- Experience in Stock Statements, Provisional Balance sheets and Projections etc.,
- Excellent communication skills and banking loans / Over draft documentation, vetting process very carefully.
- Lead financial meetings with Banking higher officials and committees
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- LC's Approvals and process, Bank Guarantees
- Loans and Overdraft's from Banking for Company and projects.
- Financial controlling / Cost controlling planning. and creative skills in Financial processes
- Experience in Taxes like TDS, GST and Advance tax etc.,
- Need to control team to process proper accounting processes. team members
- Detail-oriented and analytical and costing planning and process.
Qualifications
- Chartered Account / ICWAI or CMA / Masters Degree in Finance or related field 10+years of relevant experience
