JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the Oncology Business Unit with full P&L accountability, driving strategy, growth, and execution. Responsible for portfolio performance, stakeholder engagement, and building a high-performing team.

Essential Functions

Develop and implement BU strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth.

Drive market access, KOL engagement, and competitive positioning.

Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Access).

Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Additional Responsibilities

Collaborate with global/regional teams for alignment and best practices.

Partner with supply chain, regulatory, and medical affairs for seamless execution.

Mentor and develop talent within the BU.

Education

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in Pharmacy/Science required; MBA preferred.

Experience

15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant oncology exposure.

Minimum 810 years in leadership roles with P&L responsibility.

Proven track record of driving BU or large therapeutic franchise growth.

Skills

Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics.

High ethical standards and compliance orientation
