WE'RE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER / OPERATIONS HEAD – OFFICE INTERIOR FIT-OUTS

FabConnect is hiring an experienced General Manager / Operations Head – Office Interior Fit-outs to lead commercial interior design and turnkey execution projects.

This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who can take complete ownership of project delivery, site operations, team management, client coordination, budgeting, procurement and cost optimization. WA - General Manager

Experience: 5–7 Years

CTC: 10–15 LPA

Industry: Commercial Interiors / Office Fit-outs / Turnkey Projects

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple commercial office fit-out projects from layout approval and site mobilization through final handover

Develop and enforce project schedules and ensure site teams and subcontractors achieve weekly milestones

Maintain high standards of execution quality across carpentry, glass works, finishes and premium interior detailing

Monitor project expenses against approved BOQs and protect project profitability

Guide procurement and negotiate with modular furniture manufacturers, acoustic suppliers and MEP contractors

Manage client billing, variation orders and final account closures

Act as the key point of contact for corporate clients, PMCs and design teams

Resolve site issues, design discrepancies and material delays quickly

Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Estimators and Interior Designers WA - General Manager

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior Fit-outs, Office Renovations or Turnkey Corporate Projects

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Management

Strong understanding of joinery drawings, MEP layouts and architectural drawings

Strong project execution, commercial and client-management skills

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage both boardroom discussions and site operations

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and basic AutoCAD/layout viewing tools WA - General Manager
