- Environmental Compliance & Strategy: Oversee environmental compliance and implement sustainability initiatives across projects.
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG): Drive ESG goals, ensuring all projects are executed with environmental responsibility.
- Environmental Impact Assessment: Conduct formal impact assessments, monitor adherence to regulations, and implement mitigation measures.
- Sustainability Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in environmental assessments, sustainable materials selection, and eco-friendly construction methods.
- Green Building Certification: Lead green certification processes (e.g., LEED), analyse building plans and materials, and devise strategies for improved environmental performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, project teams to integrate sustainable design principles, conduct audits to meet sustainability targets.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor sustainability-related initiatives
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / bachelor's degree in environmental science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture.
