About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven General Manager to take complete charge of our premium property in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, maintaining high service standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Lead and manage all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.

Guest Experience: Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction by personally addressing feedback and ensuring a 5-star experience.

Sales & Revenue: Collaborate with the sales team to drive bookings, especially in the corporate and wedding segments.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team. Ensure discipline and a positive work culture.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&L statements, and control operational costs without compromising quality.

Compliance: Ensure the property meets all safety, health, and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 8 to 12 years in the hotel industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (GM or AGM).

Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Udaipur hospitality market and wedding industry.
Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati.

Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Hotel Management Software (PMS) and online booking platforms.

Problem Solver: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
